Through an NBPD investigation, officers were able to identify a vehicle and suspect.
On Monday, April 25, NBPD officers traveled to the area of Beach Blvd. and Chapman Ave. in Stanton and arrested Richard Moya, 41, of Santa Ana, charging him with possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for grand theft.
Moya listed his occupation on the arrest report as “construction.”
His bail was set at $250,000.
